The foundation layer is CBSE-aligned academic coaching, taught by qualified teachers drawn from the district's own school network, which funds everything above it. The second layer teaches artificial intelligence literacy and practical AI tools, no-code and low-code building, video editing, graphic design and digital marketing, sequenced so that students first learn to identify a real problem, then acquire the tools, then study the customer. The third layer is brand building, where students work in teams to take a product from concept to market identity for genuine local businesses. The fourth is venture creation, where graduates launch their own micro-brands from Shahganj itself, supported by mentorship, an in-house AI Lab and project grants from an internal Batch Project Fund.
