SKIRON XTRUSIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a manufacturing startup focused on establishing a modern PP Woven Bags, HDPE Woven Sacks and allied flexible packaging facility at UPSIDA Industrial Area, Sandila, District Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. The startup is addressing a significant regional market gap in the Hardoi–Sandila industrial belt, which is a major hub for agriculture, sugar mills, fertilisers, pesticides, insecticides and agro-processing industries. Despite substantial demand for industrial packaging products, the region currently lacks a dedicated PP woven sack manufacturing facility, resulting in dependence on suppliers located in Kanpur, Delhi NCR and other distant markets. This creates higher logistics costs, longer delivery timelines and supply chain inefficiencies for local industries. SKIRON proposes a capital-efficient conversion manufacturing model under which PP, HDPE and allied packaging fabrics will be sourced from established manufacturers and converted into finished packaging products through cutting, printing, stitching, finishing and quality-controlled processing at the Sandila facility. The company will manufacture PP Woven Bags, HDPE Woven Sacks, BOPP Laminated Bags, Leno Bags and Non-Woven Packaging solutions catering to agriculture, fertiliser, cement, sugar, chemical and food-processing sectors. The startup's innovation lies in strengthening the regional packaging ecosystem through localised manufacturing, faster delivery, customised packaging solutions and improved supply chain efficiency. The project is expected to generate employment, support local industries, reduce dependence on external markets and contribute to the industrial development of the Hardoi-Sandila region. SKIRON aims to build a scalable and sustainable packaging enterprise with phased expansion into advanced packaging segments as market demand grows.
