Prangenix Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized deep-tech biotechnology startup developing an AI-enabled molecular diagnostics platform for the early detection, molecular characterization, and monitoring of high-burden diseases through minimally invasive liquid biopsy. Our initial focus is Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC), one of the most prevalent cancers in India, where delayed diagnosis significantly impacts patient survival and treatment outcomes. Our first product is an affordable (~₹10,000), PCR-based liquid biopsy panel that integrates complementary molecular biomarkers, including ctDNA mutations, DNA methylation, and fragmentomics, into a single test. Rather than relying on individual biomarkers, the platform combines these molecular signals using a proprietary AI-based scoring algorithm to generate a composite molecular classification score, enabling more accurate, robust, and clinically actionable interpretation. This multi-layered approach is designed to improve diagnostic confidence while remaining accessible for resource-limited healthcare settings. Beyond oncology, Prangenix is building a scalable molecular diagnostics platform that can be adapted to other high-burden diseases through advanced biomarker discovery, artificial intelligence, and future programmable molecular detection technologies.
