Fastliq Solutions Private Limited (CIN U62011UP2025PTC230763), incorporated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh in August 2025, is building Vizengrid, an AI-Powered Business Execution Platform that delivers Results-as-a-Service to India's micro, small and medium enterprises. Indian MSMEs today juggle eight to ten disconnected software tools for accounting, sales, human resources, websites, inventory and customer support. These tools only record information, so every actual task still depends on manual staff effort that small businesses cannot afford, and unified enterprise suites remain priced far beyond MSME budgets. Vizengrid solves this with thirty plus integrated business applications spanning Finance, Sales, Websites, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing and Services, built over shared foundation engines including a unified dashboard, unified reporting, contacts as a single source of truth, unified conversations and a workflow automation engine. At its core is an MCP based artificial intelligence layer through which autonomous AI employees actually execute work around the clock: following up every sales lead, screening job candidates, raising invoices, resolving support tickets and updating websites. Companies pay only for the modules, users and storage they need through a Build Your Own Subscription checkout with multi region, multi currency billing, a prepaid pay as you go wallet and automatic domestic tax handling. A white label partner network lets local agencies resell Vizengrid under their own brand, taking the platform to Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns while the platform manages billing, taxation and compliance. Ten modules are already live with twelve more in build, and eight pilot enterprises from our services client base are committed. The company is bootstrapped, employs six people in Noida, and is DPIIT recognised (DIPP279653, August 2026). Vizengrid targets five thousand paying MSMEs by financial year 2029, creating over twenty five direct technology jobs in Uttar Pradesh and commission income for more than one hundred partner agencies, with strong potential for employment generation and wealth creation across the state.
