Bussiness Ideas

Exuverse Private Limited (DPIIT-recognized, Noida) builds IntelloWork, an AI teammate that turns a company's own documents and systems into a production-grade assistant. Unlike generic chatbots, IntelloWork answers every question with citations to the exact source page, so support and compliance teams can trust what it says; regulated passages are quoted verbatim, never paraphrased. It is cross-lingual by design: a customer can ask in Hindi about an English manual and receive a Hindi answer cited to the English source, with voice support in 47 languages. The assistant works across web, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams and voice from one brain, and goes beyond answering to act: it performs live SAP order-to-cash and Shopify lookups through shipped skill packs, captures leads and books meetings inside the chat, runs WhatsApp campaigns whose replies are answered by AI, and hands off cleanly to human agents with the full transcript through Zendesk, Salesforce and Genesys adapters. Enterprise trust features include access-control-aware retrieval, bring-your-own-LLM deployment and an India data-residency option. The platform is fully built and live in production, developed by an eight-engineer team and funded entirely by our own profitable IT-services revenue, with zero external capital raised. We are now commercializing through a design-partner program and multi-region demand generation targeting SMEs in India and WhatsApp-first international markets, with SaaS subscription and usage-based pricing already integrated.
