SupplyMesh-AI is an AI- and IoT-enabled predictive logistics intelligence platform designed to help Indian MSMEs, third-party logistics operators, cold-chain businesses, manufacturers and enterprises manage supply-chain operations more efficiently. Many businesses still depend on fragmented spreadsheets, GPS trackers, standalone sensors and reactive communication processes. These systems provide limited visibility and usually inform operators only after a delay, temperature excursion or shipment disruption has already occurred. SupplyMesh-AI aims to transform fragmented logistics and sensor data into real-time, predictive and decision-ready intelligence. The platform combines shipment visibility, AI-based risk prediction, Explainable AI, route intelligence, Digital Twin simulation and an AI Command Copilot. It can help operators identify shipments likely to experience delays, cold-chain failures or other operational risks, understand the principal factors behind each prediction and receive recommended corrective actions. The proposed solution also includes SupplyMesh Edge, a planned low-bandwidth AIoT device integrating temperature, humidity, location, motion and tamper monitoring. Its edge-to-cloud architecture is intended to support continuous monitoring, local data buffering and operational alerts even in areas with intermittent network connectivity. SupplyMesh-AI currently has a developed dashboard prototype with simulated telemetry, shipment monitoring, predictive alerts, Digital Twin capabilities and AI-assisted decision support. Preliminary work has also begun on the associated edge hardware and PCB architecture. The startup’s next objective is to refine the product, integrate and validate the hardware, conduct controlled field pilots and measure improvements in cargo protection, response time and operational efficiency. By offering an affordable and scalable alternative to complex enterprise logistics systems, SupplyMesh-AI seeks to help Indian businesses reduce cargo losses, improve asset utilisation, lower logistics costs and progressively adopt resilient and sustainable supply-chain operations.
