MOSFAM Agritech private limited is building a phygital platform for ensuring better access to farmers for agri solutions. Farmers in India especiallly from the Northern Indian Plains of UP and Bihar have been lagging in adoption of newer agri based solutions. There are multiple new players who are emerging in this sapce and various new solutions are being developed by Government agencies. However, this is not able to reach farmers at the desired pace. Adoption of new technology is a critical decision for farmers, as it is concerning not just her livelihood but concerns her whole families future. Digital medium for propogating such solution has been met with limited success and thus the diffusion of innovation is pretty slow. MOSFAM private limited is building tehsil level greenlabs which will be hosting new Agrisolutions, these solutions will be selected for the local needs and demands. The distribution of these technologies will be done by Agri Input retailers. These field level Agri input retailers have been engaging with farmers for long time and know the needs and aspirations of farmers. For adoption and hands on support they are ideal partners of MOSFAM. MOSFAM private Limited will have a seprate wing which will build the companies capcatiy on delivering these services.
