Amit Verma has design and tested two LPG automation for LPG bottling plants and got two Indian Patents granted. Those machines are for removal of Oring from LPG cylinder valves in LPG bottling plants and other Patent is for Oring insertion into the LPG cylinder valves. Both machines is made for working in LPG bottling plants. Patent Number for the machines are 536137 for Oring removal machine and 527721 for Oring insertion machine. Both machine are being deployed in LPG bottling plants across India and working perfectly. Based on the knowledge gather during the design and testing of the Oring removal and Oring insertion machines, Amit verma has designed and tested three new machines for LPG bottling plants which is not available in the market. These machines are Decapping machine for removal of safety caps from the LPG cylinder valves in LPG bottling plants. The proposed machine has very high processing speed of around 600 cycles per hour and work very efficiently. Amit have tested this machine in his in house testing facility and it works very efficiently. This will save around INR 20 Lakhs for LPG bottling plants. Other machine is Capping for LPG bottling plants which put the cap of moving LPG cylinder valves at completion stage. Third machine is LPG Cap counitng machine and IOCL officer ask me to make some machine for them in Loni, Gghaziabad LPG bottling plant.
