Paste this: > Vio Manufacturer India LLP operates VioX Pro, a technology platform that digitises on-demand services, spare-parts retail and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for homes, shops, offices, schools and campuses. Uttar Pradesh is the launch market; the live product is at www.vioxpro.in, with Android apps VioX Pro (customers, in.vio.xpro) and VioX Tech (technicians, in.vio.xtech). The startup is DPIIT-recognised (DIPP197582) and at Validation stage. > > The problem is that most AC, CCTV, electrical, plumbing and appliance work in India is still booked by phone or WhatsApp. Customers cannot verify the person at the door, see a live ETA, or download a GST invoice. Technicians remain informal: no job pipeline, delayed cash, and no rating that travels with them. Institutions run AMC on spreadsheets and multiple contractors. > > The solution is a dual-app marketplace, not a vendor list. On VioX Pro the customer picks a service, time slot and address (or buys parts / takes an AMC). The platform geo-matches the job to a nearby technician who is KYC-approved for that skill. On VioX Tech the worker sees live job offers, maps, availability (Available / Busy / Off duty), work-photo completion and weekly payouts. Payments run on Razorpay (online or pay-at-site). Every paid job and order can issue a GST invoice. Photo proof and a 48-hour dispute hold protect both sides before payout. > > Technology innovation is the core: GPS matching, DigiLocker / KYC and role approval, FCM job-offer alerts, GST invoicing, dual native apps, and pincode serviceability. That is what moves home services from informal labour to a trackable, taxable platform. > > Revenue has four lines: (1) commission on completed bookings, (2) margin on the online shop (appliances, CCTV kits, spares), (3) technician subscriptions (Free / Basic / Premium), and (4) institutional AMC for schools, hospitals and offices. Ads or B2B spares can come later; they are not required for seed. > > Go-to-market is technician density first in Uttar Pradesh (Lalitpur / Bundelkhand, then Lucknow and NCR), then demand via search, Play Store and school/campus AMC sales. More verified technicians in a city cut response time, which grows bookings, which creates skilled local jobs. > > Traction is product, not inflated GMV: production website, two Android apps, payments, KYC, GST, push and maps already live. Capital to date is bootstrapped. The seed ask is to harden the apps, onboard UP technicians, and prove unit economics before wider North India scale.
