It then interprets these signals in context and converts them into personalised, actionable intelligence. Built on Athena, we are developing two interconnected product lines for individuals and enterprises. Kriti: A Hyper-Personalised HR Companion for Individuals Kriti is a personal HR and career companion designed to support individuals throughout their professional journey. Kriti combines Athena’s market intelligence with an additional personal intelligence layer that continuously develops an understanding of each user—their skills, experience, ambitions, strengths, behavioural patterns, communication style, and areas for improvement. This enables Kriti to provide deeply personalised career support, including: Creating and improving resumes Matching individuals with relevant roles and opportunities Preparing them for interviews through realistic practice Strengthening communication and other professional skills Identifying skill gaps and recommending personalised upskilling plans Supporting career transitions, promotions, and long-term career planning Kriti goes beyond responding to individual queries. With the user’s permission, she can continuously evaluate changes in the job market, identify relevant opportunities, and recommend the next best actions—even while the user is focused on their everyday life. Athena for Enterprises: Human-Capital Decision Intelligence For enterprises, Athena transforms fragmented workforce and market data into decisions that improve workforce readiness, deployment, hiring, and productivity. We are initially developing three high-impact use cases for IT services and consulting organisations: 1. Bench and Deployment Optimisation Athena maps available employees against current and anticipated project requirements. It identifies adjacent skill matches and recommends targeted upskilling, helping organisations deploy internal talent more effectively, improve utilisation, and reduce dependence on external contractors. 2. Intelligent Candidate Screening Athena analyses large volumes of candidate profiles to identify the most relevant talent for each role. It creates a prioritised pool of qualified candidates and can support the screening process through automated interview scheduling, AI-led screening conversations, and structured candidate evaluations. 3. Workforce Skills Intelligence Athena continuously analyses the organisation’s workforce capabilities against emerging market and business requirements. It identifies employees at risk of skill obsolescence, highlights critical capability gaps, and recommends focused upskilling pathways—helping organisations build a market-relevant workforce and prepare for future demand. Together, Kriti and Athena create a connected human-capital intelligence ecosystem: helping individuals make better career decisions and enabling organisations to make better workforce decisions.
