DigiBo AI Technologies has built Kinagent, a platform through which a business can hire an AI "Kin" the way it hires an employee. Kin means one of your own — software is something you operate, but kin is someone you rely on, and that is the standard we hold each agent to. Every business runs on routine desk work: order processing, data entry across portals, reconciliation, reporting and follow-ups. It consumes salaries and management attention and creates no competitive advantage. Small and mid-sized businesses feel this most acutely, because they cannot afford large back-office teams and cannot retain trained staff. Existing automation has never reached them, since it requires software integrations, IT teams and consultants they do not have, and breaks whenever a system changes. A Kin works differently. Each one has its own computer, with a browser, files and tools. It signs in to the systems the business already uses and does the work the way a colleague at a desk would — reading documents, working spreadsheets, operating portals, and completing the task end to end. The manager teaches it the job in plain conversation, with no coding and no process mapping, and the Kin's skills compound month after month, exactly as a new joiner's would. Our core technical innovation makes this safe to trust. Each task runs in an isolated environment that is destroyed afterwards, so nothing carries between tasks or between clients. Credentials are never given to the agent at all: they are held in a separate control plane and supplied at the network layer for a single task, so the agent cannot leak what it never holds. Sensitive actions pause for the manager's approval. We call this governed autonomy. Kinagent is sold at a fixed monthly price per Kin, with a lower-priced Kin Lite tier for smaller businesses, so the cost sits below that of a junior back-office hire. Pilots are live, and the platform is built entirely in India for businesses everywhere.
