Bhoomika Eco Logistics is a business to business logistics company solving a structural gap in India's organic waste management system. Under the Solid Waste Management Rules 2026, commercial Bulk Waste Generators producing 100 kilograms or more of waste daily must prove scientific disposal through documented chain of custody, or face Environmental Compensation fines. Most hotels, vegetable markets, hospitals, and campuses have no reliable way to meet this requirement today. Bhoomika closes this gap by collecting segregated organic wet waste directly from these commercial generators and delivering it as clean feedstock to certified Bio-CNG processing plants. Bhoomika does not process or recycle waste itself. It is a pure logistics mediator, connecting waste generators who need compliance with processors who need consistent feedstock supply. Revenue comes from collection fees charged to generators, supported by EBWGR compliance certification services, rather than payment for the waste itself, which keeps incentives aligned across the entire chain. The pilot is launching in Prayagraj, anchored around the Mundera Naveen Sabzi Mandi and Civil Lines hotels, with delivery to EverEnviro Prayagraj, a 343 tonnes per day Bio-CNG facility currently feedstock-hungry following the post-Mahakumbh hospitality expansion. Five operational laws govern execution: no segregation means no pickup, 90-day profitability discipline before any expansion, a minimum of three processors per city, complete documentation at every step, and full PPE at all times. The long-term vision is to scale this model city by city and state by state, ultimately diverting 10 million tonnes of organic waste from Indian landfills over 25 years, while building a clean, contract-backed circular economy business from the ground up.
