This leaves India's largest consumer base daily-wage workers, students, and nuclear families without a single branded, nutritious, ready-in-minutes option. We solved this with a proprietary 5-stage grain-processing and micro-oil-atomization manufacturing system that delivers a high-protein (15g), 460 Kcal, restaurant-quality meal in under 10 minutes with just hot water at a manufacturing cost structurally impossible for incumbents to match without breaking their own margins. Our 11-SKU portfolio spans Ready-to-Cook, Ready-to-Eat, and Ready-to-Drink formats, led by hero products Instant Veg Biryani and Instant Fried Rice. The model is already validated: 106 Kanpur retailers onboarded in 7 days, 3,100 units sold in 4 weeks, ₹49,600 in real revenue, with 100% product-market fit.
