Bussiness Ideas

InnovaEdge Innovations Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognised DeepTech startup building AI-powered tools to transform enterprise recruitment and technical talent assessment. Its flagship concept, the AI Interview Platform, is designed to solve three well-documented hiring problems: screening takes too long, interviewer judgment is inconsistent across candidates, and matching resumes to roles by eye misses both strong candidates and weak fits alike. The business concept is simple for the customer: an organisation defines the job role and responsibilities, and the AI automatically screens resumes, conducts a full technical voice interview, evaluates the candidate against a structured rubric, and generates ready-to-use feedback. The intended business model is a tiered B2B SaaS subscription (Starter, Pro, Enterprise), sold to employers, staffing agencies, and technical hiring teams, with an on-premise/intranet deployment option planned for data-sensitive organisations — a differentiator most cloud-only competitors cannot offer. Early projections, to be validated through the seed-funded development and pilot phase, estimate recruitment cost savings in the range of ₹30 lakh+ per year for adopting organisations, and the capacity to conduct 50+ simultaneous interviews a day, materially compressing hiring timelines. At this ideation stage, the concept has been fully designed and technically de-risked through an early proof-of-concept build; seed capital would fund the path from validated concept to a market-ready, revenue-generating product.
