Humkadam Pvt. Ltd. is building a Waste-to-Value and Circular Economy ecosystem focused on converting waste into valuable resources and sustainable products. The company collects, aggregates and channelizes recyclable and recoverable waste from brands, hotels, businesses, commercial establishments and local waste networks. Ecolume, the innovation vertical of Humkadam, focuses on transforming selected waste materials into innovative and commercially valuable products. Initially, Ecolume is focusing on waste glass and developing sustainable products such as tiles, architectural surfaces, lighting solutions and interior products. Our integrated business model connects waste sources, collection, aggregation, processing partners and product development: Waste Sources → Humkadam → Processing Partners → Ecolume → Sustainable Products. The innovation addresses two major challenges: increasing waste generation and the growing demand for sustainable products. Instead of treating waste only as a disposal problem, we aim to recover materials and convert them into higher-value applications. Through this model, Humkadam by Ecolume aims to reduce landfill waste, promote resource recovery, support sustainable manufacturing, create employment opportunities and develop scalable products for the Indian market. We also aim to collaborate with brands, businesses, recyclers, manufacturers, institutions and local communities to strengthen the waste supply chain. Our long-term vision is to build a scalable Indian circular-economy ecosystem where waste is treated as a valuable resource and transformed into innovative, sustainable and commercially viable products.
