Bussiness Ideas

Synteria AI Private Limited is building Simplify Job Search (SJS), an AI-powered job application, career readiness and recruitment technology platform for candidates and recruiters. Job seekers use disconnected tools for resume evaluation, gap analysis, resume creation, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, job discovery and interview preparation, while recruiters spend significant time managing applicants and conducting repetitive screening calls. SJS unifies these workflows. Candidates can upload and manage multiple resumes, check Resume Score, compare resumes with job descriptions through Gap Analysis, identify missing skills and evidence, generate job-specific resumes and tailored cover letters, analyze LinkedIn profiles, discover opportunities and prepare through an AI Voice Calling Agent that conducts JD-based HR screening practice with feedback. SJS is available through its web platform, Android app and Chrome extension integrated with LinkedIn job pages, enabling resume scoring, gap analysis, resume generation and cover-letter creation while users browse jobs. For recruiters, SJS provides job posting, applicant pipeline management, AI Job Description generation, structured screening questions, bulk resume processing, candidate invitations and AI Screening. After shortlisting, recruiters can send an AI screening invite. The system conducts adaptive resume- and job-specific questioning, validates key resume claims, captures proctoring context and generates a recruiter-ready report with scores, strengths, concerns, evidence quality, observations, follow-ups and AI-assisted next-step recommendations. SJS has 15,000+ registered users, 10,000+ resumes processed, 3,000+ Android installs, a 17,000+ LinkedIn community, 6,000+ AI feature usages and organically purchased paid AI plans. Its vision is to build a scalable AI-powered employability intelligence and recruitment workflow ecosystem across the employment lifecycle for modern employment markets.
