OrloNow is a coordination OS for fragmented neighbourhood retail. India has 1.4 Cr+ kiranas doing 75–80% of the country's FMCG sales, but no single store can offer a family's complete grocery basket — so households juggle 3–4 apps to get what they actually want, while Quick Commerce solves this only by building expensive dark stores from scratch. OrloNow coordinates 10–12 neighbourhood stores per cluster — one or two Anchor stores for everyday essentials, 8–10 support stores for depth and long-tail brands — into a single accountable network, without owning any inventory. A household places one order across our four-app ecosystem (Consumer, Store, Rider, Cluster Manager apps). Agentic routing finds the best combination of stores to fulfil that order, each store packs only what it has, and one rider delivers the complete basket. The household sees one seamless promise; the coordination complexity is entirely absorbed by the OS. Live in Noida since June 2026: four apps in production, 19 paid orders, ₹8,971 GMV, zero refunds, one household on its 10th repeat order in 48 days. ₹30L+ of founder capital already in. The repeatable unit is a 5,500-household cluster; the raise (₹2 Cr at ₹10 Cr pre-money) is designed to prove two clusters deeply — fill rate, cost-per-order, repeat behaviour — before scaling to Cluster 3 and beyond. Long-term, this becomes the platform for a genuine household commerce agent: the system that knows what a family needs and simply says, "send me the usual."
