We are building a production telematics platform that helps Indian micro-manufacturers get credit based on how their business actually runs, rather than just old balance sheets. By placing non-invasive sensors on workshop machinery, we capture basic machine health and uptime metrics. We translate this physical shop-floor activity into verifiable data signals and share them securely with formal lenders via open protocols like OCEN and Account Aggregators. Factory owners get an easy tool on their phone to track machine efficiency and prevent breakdowns, while financial institutions get a reliable, live window into business health to safely offer collateral-free working capital. Our startup bridges the vast financing and digital divide for India’s micro-manufacturing units by combining low-cost Industrial IoT telematics with India Stack 2.0 and the Open Credit Enablement Network (OCEN). Innovation & Technical Improvement: Traditional lending evaluates past tax filings and bank statements, creating a blind spot for cash-heavy or new-to-credit workshops. We introduce an automotive-inspired telematics layer: by retrofitting non-invasive sensors on existing factory machinery, our platform converts real-time operational heartbeats (machine runtime, power consumption, uptime consistency) into verifiable credit health signals. This enables financial institutions to underwrite flow-based working capital dynamically and catch operational slowdowns weeks before default occurs. High Scalability: Built using a modular, sector-agnostic design on top of open public digital rails (OCEN and Account Aggregators), our platform does not require expensive custom hardware or bespoke software overhauls to enter new verticals. We can scale rapidly across regional industrial clusters—textiles, brassware, plastics, or light engineering—with near-zero incremental deployment overhead. Employment Generation: Our rollout creates high-value deep-tech jobs in IoT firmware design and AI systems architecture, alongside direct grassroots employment. We recruit and train local youth across Tier-2/3 industrial belts as certified digital technicians to support hardware retrofitting, while helping MSMEs access the working capital required to scale factory operations and hire more shop-floor labor. Ecosystem Wealth Creation: By transitioning micro-enterprises from high-interest informal credit to formal bank finance, we directly increase net profit margins for small factory owners. Concurrently, real-time diagnostic tools help owners optimize energy consumption and minimize machine downtime, turning grassroots industrial units into resilient, wealth-generating pillars of Bharat’s economy.
