Alarth Green follows an asset-light platform and partner-vendor model rather than operating as a conventional EPC company. It generates revenue through solar project commissions, turnkey institutional and CSR projects and workflow fees, while building recurring revenue streams through vendor SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, financing, insurance, AMC and carbon-credit facilitation. The company has demonstrated early market validation through executed solar projects, an institutional CSR work order of approximately ₹1.40 crore, 266 kW of solar delivered, 42 state and national vendor partners, 26 awareness campaigns and more than 5,000 kW of aggregated demand through SuryaCALC. The business is initially focused on Uttar Pradesh and aims to build a scalable technology and execution network that can subsequently expand across other Indian states.
