ShieldNex is a satellite-imagery and artificial-intelligence platform that functions as a "digital fence" around land parcels and fixed assets. It addresses a large, persistent problem: owners cannot continuously monitor property they are not physically present on, so encroachment, unauthorised construction, excavation, and boundary tampering often go undetected for months, by which point the change is expensive and slow to reverse. Existing options fail structurally—physical guards do not scale across distance, CCTV and IoT fencing require on-site power, connectivity, and installation, and legal action is reactive and usually lacks clean, time-stamped proof of when a change occurred. With ShieldNex, an owner marks their plot boundaries once on a digital map. The platform then ingests multi-temporal satellite imagery from ISRO Bhoonidhi on a recurring cycle and runs a deep-learning change-detection engine to identify physical changes on the ground, with a human-in-the-loop review step that suppresses false positives before any alert is sent. Owners receive early alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, each accompanied by a tamper-evident evidence pack—before/after imagery with time stamps, secured using SHA-256 hashing—designed to be admissible under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act. This delivers presence-free, continuous monitoring with court-ready proof, requiring no on-site hardware. Revenue is generated through recurring per-parcel subscriptions, tiered by parcel area and alert frequency, complemented by enterprise and government contracts for multi-site, large-area monitoring.
