The company addresses a structural gap in India's skill-development landscape: students from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of Uttar Pradesh aspiring to aviation careers must relocate to Delhi or Mumbai for quality training, at costs exceeding ₹2–3 lakhs including living expenses. Soarth Academy brings airline-standard training to their doorstep. Our programs cover Cabin Crew Training, Aviation Ground Staff, Hospitality Management, and Interview Preparation for students aged 17–28. Our key physical differentiator is a dual aircraft mock cabin — a full-scale training simulator that replicates real airline working environments, enabling hands-on practice in safety procedures, in-flight service, and emergency protocols that classroom-only competitors cannot offer. The company is led by CEO Vaishali Awasthi, a working aviation professional holding 60% equity, making Soarth a women-led enterprise, with co-founder Saurabh Mishra leading operations and compliance.
