Code Sport Studio Private Limited is building the operating system for sport in India: one connected software platform that follows an athlete from first registration to the podium, replacing the disconnected, department-specific tools that most sports bodies use today. At the core sits a Unified Athlete Repository: a single verified digital identity per athlete, established through Aadhaar KYC and tokenised consent, that every other module reads from and writes to. Built around this identity are modules for academy management, games and competition management, auction and draft management for professional leagues, smart facility booking for citizens, inventory and procurement governance, and a command hub for live events. Our core innovation is the use of artificial intelligence and computer vision in sport: models that analyse match and training video to measure technique, speed, accuracy and reaction time, sport by sport, turning subjective manual review into objective, board-ready analytics. Weightlifting analysis is deployment-ready, with badminton, table tennis and boxing in active development. The platform serves government sports departments, national federations, event organisers, academies, leagues and citizens. It has already supported live scoring and results at the Khelo India Games, a state government athlete registry and facility-booking portal, and auction execution for five professional leagues including the Premier Badminton League and Ultimate Table Tennis. Given the sensitivity of the data involved, we are ISO 27001:2022 certified and DPDP-aligned, which is central to the trust that government and federation buyers place in the platform.
