Niprav Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is building Planvium, an AI-enabled project-controls software platform for infrastructure and capital projects. Large projects such as railways, metros, highways, industrial plants and data centres are managed through complex schedules containing thousands of activities and dependencies. However, these schedules are still reviewed largely through manual judgement, while progress, documents, cost and field information remain spread across different systems. As a result, weak planning assumptions and emerging risks are often identified only after they start affecting time, resources, payments and claims. Planvium aims to improve this process from the beginning. It reads Primavera P6 and MS Project schedules, uses ML/NLP to classify activities, performs deterministic schedule and dependency checks, and benchmarks comparable planned work against historical project evidence. RAG-grounded LLMs help retrieve relevant project information and explain findings, while AI agents can prepare risks and actions for human review. Important project calculations remain deterministic and auditable rather than being guessed by an AI model. Schedule assurance is the entry point, but Planvium is designed as a broader project-controls platform. After a baseline is approved, the same system can support progress monitoring, cost and schedule tracking, documents, RFIs, look-ahead planning and management actions. The business will operate through paid schedule-assurance engagements, recurring SaaS subscriptions and enterprise/on-premise deployments for infrastructure owners, PSUs, PMCs and EPC contractors. The current working MVP is at validation stage, with the immediate objective of completing external pilots and converting them into commercial deployments.
