AI Transmute Solutions is a women-led deep tech startup based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. We build productised AI solutions for complex, high-stakes business problems, backed by applied research, seven published US patent applications held by our founders, and a core team largely from IITs and NITs. Our domain platforms serve maritime ports and shipping, healthcare, and media and education, with multilingual Indic-language capabilities. Our cross-industry products include Nivida, India's first AI-based tender evaluation platform, and Nirva, India's first AI-based running-account invoice processing platform. We were awarded Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 (First Runner-up) at the Maritime Excellence Achievers Awards, India Maritime Week 2025, and have won Bhasha Setu under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, two IndiaAI challenges at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 (for the Ministry of MSME and Andhra Pradesh SHGs), the Startup Grand Challenge on the Startup India portal, and the MareAthon maritime hackathon. We have also been recognised by The Economic Times, Business Wire, The Corporate Wire and the APAC CEO Awards. Co-founders Divya Shukla and Abhay Shukla are Kanpur natives and IIT Kanpur alumni; Abhay also completed a year-long hybrid programme at ISB. Our strategic advisor is Professor Shalabh, former Dean at IIT Kanpur, a renowned authority in AI, analytics and statistics, and a recipient of multiple government awards.
