AugIx Sys LLP is a Noida-based enterprise software startup building governed audit, risk and regulatory intelligence for regulated organisations. The company has developed two proprietary platforms that solve different but connected assurance problems. AuditDex is a horizontal Governance, Risk and Compliance platform covering audit planning, enterprise and engagement risk assessment, Data Request Lists, evidence collection, walkthroughs, control testing, working papers, findings, management responses, remediation, closure and reporting. AuditWork is a vertical banking audit intelligence platform that interprets RBI, NABARD and DNBR directives, structures regulatory obligations and Risk-Control Matrices, determines institution-specific applicability, maps core-banking and register data, runs deterministic control checks and produces evidence-linked findings. Both platforms can operate independently. When used together, approved obligations created in AuditWork flow implicitly into AuditDex for risk assessment, DRL, evidence collection, testing, review, findings and remediation. This preserves an auditable chain from the original regulatory requirement to the evidence, human decision and final closure. The innovation is a configurable product architecture rather than a consulting-led implementation. A governed standard library is published through editions for commercial banks, co-operative banks and NBFCs. Each institution can configure its regulatory perimeter, organisation hierarchy, data mappings, thresholds, internal policies, narration, modules, users, language, AI provider and Maker-Checker-Approver controls without changing the core product. AI assists regulatory extraction, document classification, data mapping and drafting. System-of-record decisions remain human-governed, while banking findings are generated through explainable, deterministic checks with source and regulatory traceability. AugIx is initially focused on Indian banking and NBFCs, with Insurance planned as the next regulated-industry edition. The products are currently deployed on AWS and support on-premises deployment. The business model combines annual enterprise subscriptions, implementation, industry editions and support. From its Noida base, AugIx aims to create high-value product engineering, audit-domain and regulatory-technology employment in Uttar Pradesh while developing exportable intellectual property for regulated markets.
