Convolity AI Private Limited is building an evidence platform that helps businesses check health claims, test AI answers and understand how substances can affect one another. People take medicines alongside food, drinks, herbs, Ayurveda products and supplements. These combinations can change absorption, weaken a medicine's effect, increase side effects or affect nutrient levels. Relevant evidence is scattered across research papers and product labels. A citation alone does not show whether a claim applies to the same dose, formulation or population. Health-AI companies need to check answers before users rely on them. Brands and research teams need to show what supports an ingredient or product claim. Pharmacies, labs and care platforms need a clearer view of a person's routine during professional review. Convolity brings these needs together through a common evidence service. Our research foundation contains 1,537 structured substance profiles. Supporting sources and passages are retained, with direct evidence, inference, conflicting findings and missing information kept distinct. We are targeting 4,000 profiles across ten categories, including medicines, supplements, herbs, food, drinks, inhaled substances, topicals, environmental exposures and molecules made within the body. Coverage and evidence strength will be disclosed for each finding. The next prototype will give businesses an API and a reviewer dashboard for claim review, health-AI evaluation and selected combination checks. We will add Indian product and ingredient mappings and evaluate outputs on reviewed test cases. Personal diagnosis, prescriptions and medicine changes remain with qualified professionals. Our commercial priority is B2B first, followed by B2B2C integrations and later consumer access. Proposed revenue comes from scoped evidence and evaluation projects, API or data licences, and partner integration and usage fees. These are commercial plans, not claims of existing customers or revenue. Registered in Deoria, Purvanchal, we aim to build scientific software and research capability in Uttar Pradesh. Partner delivery could bring understandable evidence into trusted pharmacy, lab and care workflows, including smaller cities. We received USD 5,000 in private grant support from Prof. Zi Chen, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, for initial dataset development and company registration. This is separate from the proposed UP prototype grant request and is not presented as an institutional Harvard award.
