OMNVEX builds a complete 3D digital twin of an industrial plant, with every machine mirrored and monitored on the sensors already installed, that predicts equipment failure weeks in advance. The problem: Tier-2 steel, cement, power and chemical plants in Uttar Pradesh lose lakhs of rupees every time a critical machine stops without warning. The warning is usually already in their own sensor data, in vibration, temperature, pressure and load readings, but nobody analyses it. Enterprise maintenance systems from large global vendors are priced for the biggest plants, so these plants still repair on a calendar or after a breakdown. Our solution is software only: no new sensors, no hardware retrofit and no change to plant control systems. It reads the plant's existing data, learns what healthy operation looks like, and raises one alert when a machine starts to degrade, shown on that machine in a live 3D model of the plant. The product has three layers. Layer 1, the digital twin, is built and running as a live demo at omnvex.com. Layer 2, failure prediction, is built and validated on NASA's public C-MAPSS dataset, where it gave a sustained alert on all 100 run-to-failure engines, on average 49.7 cycles before end of life. Layer 3, automatic maintenance scheduling, is on the roadmap and not built yet. The business model is a free assessment on one machine, then a paid pilot, then an annual licence per plant. The founder worked on the floor of Jindal Stainless as an ML engineer. OMNVEX is incubated at HBTU TBI Foundation, Kanpur. Current stage: working prototype (TRL 4). No paying customer yet. The next milestone is six months of sensor history from one Tier-2 plant.
