NMT Security is a Noida-based cybersecurity company building NOVA AI, an AI-native cyber risk convergence platform. Our promise is simple: every risk, one platform. The problem we address is structural. Regulated businesses, particularly in BFSI, NBFC, and the GCC sector, are under rising regulatory and customer scrutiny, yet they manage cyber risk through a patchwork of disconnected tools. This creates three costs: fragmented visibility into actual risk, duplicated spend across overlapping tools, and compliance evidence that is assembled in a scramble before every audit or customer security review. NOVA AI replaces that patchwork. It brings external exposure monitoring, third-party risk, asset and cloud posture, and compliance into a single platform, and uses our DRIM engine to rank where real risk sits. Compliance evidence is kept continuously audit-ready rather than reconstructed under deadline. For a company facing an RBI inspection, a SOC 2 review, or a customer's security questionnaire, the platform turns a fire drill into a standing capability. Our target market is regulated mid-market and enterprise organisations across India, the UK, and the US, where compliance obligations are a mandatory buying trigger rather than a discretionary spend. The business model is a modular SaaS subscription priced by platform area, complemented by a virtual CISO advisory layer for clients that need guided implementation. The company is led by a founding team that spans both the buyer and vendor sides of cybersecurity, including a co-founder who has served as CISO at global financial institutions. Early validation includes active proofs of concept with enterprise clients, recognition as a NASSCOM Top 5 Cybersecurity Innovator, a runner-up finish at the RSAC 2026 Okta Ventures pitch, incubation at the MeitY-DSCI National Centre of Excellence, and selection into NVIDIA Inception.
