Souli: A Voice-First AI Companion for Emotional Fitness Many existing Mental & Emotional Wellness solutions are reactive—support often arrives after people are already struggling. Souli takes a proactive fitness approach: it helps people build Emotional Fitness before life tests them. People often already know what they should do. The harder part is having the capacity to act when it matters. Traditional wellness and knowledge platforms primarily provide information, content or prescribe what to do, leaving the individual to figure out how to apply it and follow through, creating a significant cognitive load. Souli is designed to be there with the person in the moment. It understands the situation and the user’s current Capacity State, helps identify what capacity is needed to respond differently, and guides the user through relevant conversations and activities to build that capacity. Rather than simply telling someone what to do, Souli helps them become capable of doing it. It can also guide and schedule activities and follow-ups, reducing the need to remember, plan and manage the process themselves. At its core is a proprietary Energy Framework, developed and refined by Co-founder Dev OM through more than 20 years of human transformation work, now being translated into an AI-native companion. Souli shifts Mental & Emotional Wellness from reactive support to proactive Emotional Fitness—from prescribing knowledge to building capacity, and from one-off guidance to continuous companionship. Our goal: help people build the capacity to respond to life differently and move from knowing to doing.
