NeoBound AI is building sovereign AI infrastructure for India. We fine-tune AI models for specific domains and run them on Indian computing infrastructure, so data, models and computing stay under Indian control. Our first two domains are Education and Governance & Security. Indian universities and government departments want to use AI, but today's options fall short. Global AI models send sensitive student and citizen data abroad and are billed in dollars. They are weak in Hindi and regional languages and don't understand the Indian context. They also cost too much to run for lakhs of students or thousands of city cameras. NeoBound offers the full stack: GPU computing infrastructure hosted with universities and government. We have a signed MoU with Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Domain-specific models: education models tuned on each university's syllabus and exam pattern, and vision AI models for governance and security. These are built on Indian foundation models such as Sarvam and the IIT models. An agentic layer that calls the AI model only when it is really needed. This cuts running costs by up to 75%. Ready-to-use applications: Drona, an AI tutor and university operating system, is already live at Bundelkhand University. Vision AI works on existing CCTV and command-centre cameras. It detects sanitation problems, waterlogging, encroachment, crowd risks, traffic violations and security threats, then sends alerts in Hindi or English. Bolcho AI is a voice-agent platform supporting 20+ Indian languages. Revenue will come from four sources: Annual licences for universities and colleges Government projects: a setup fee plus annual support (O&M) charges Pay-per-use APIs for AI models and speech Training programmes We will start in Uttar Pradesh with Bundelkhand University and its 360+ affiliated colleges, and with the state's 762 urban local bodies. We will then expand to other states.
