The platform is also designed to support home-based physiotherapy, home sample collection for laboratory tests and secure storage of medical records. This integrated approach is intended to provide patients with a simpler and more coordinated healthcare experience. The initial launch is planned for Lucknow, which will serve as the company's focused validation market before expansion into other Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Reliefio will build a local network of doctors, physiotherapists, laboratories and diagnostic centres to ensure reliable healthcare delivery and convenient access for patients. The business will generate revenue through commissions on doctor and physiotherapy bookings, margins on laboratory and diagnostic services, membership plans, featured healthcare provider listings, healthcare promotions and B2B health packages. The current stage is pre-launch and pilot validation, with MVP planning, UI/UX design, revenue structure and local healthcare research completed.
