The business model focuses on decentralized biomass processing near gaushalas and biomass rich regions, enabling efficient utilization of locally available resources while generating additional economic value. Xylitol will serve as the primary revenue generating product, supported by potential co products such as bio manure, activated carbon, and carbon dioxide and energy credits. The technology is currently at TRL 5, with opportunities for scale up through decentralized production facilities, strategic partnerships, technology licensing, and global commercialization.
