Nexoryx Generations Private Limited is building an AI cinematic video platform that turns a single story prompt into a full, character-consistent film of 1 to 10 minutes or more, with no filmmaking expertise needed. Problem: Professional video needs crews, editing skills and weeks of work, while most AI video tools generate only 15-30 second clips whose faces, wardrobe and sets drift between shots. Global models also often get Indian clothing, rituals, places and skin tones wrong, and Hindi and regional-language support is limited. Creators, small businesses and marketing teams therefore have no affordable route to full-length cinematic video. Solution: A multi-agent pipeline (Prompt Engineer, Scene Planner, Director Panel, Video Generator) on LangGraph works like a film crew of AI agents. Our continuity engine, a 4-image reference chain of character sheets and scene keyframes carried into every clip, keeps faces, wardrobe, sets and tone consistent across the whole film. We are developing Nexoryx-H3, our own Indian-context video model distilled from MiniMax H3 under its community licence, targeting about twice the speed and about Rs 5 per second. Smart routing sends other scenes to the best available model, and users edit the final film inside the platform. Revenue: credit-based creator subscriptions, B2B ad production, API licensing and original studio IP. Status: working end-to-end proof of concept; DPIIT-recognised, NIET TBI-incubated and women-led.
