Xelyra is a smart and user-friendly healthcare platform designed to make medical services more accessible, faster, and convenient for everyone. Through one simple app, people can find and book appointments with the best doctors in their nearby area or even from reputed hospitals—without the hassle of waiting in long queues or calling multiple clinics. The goal is to make healthcare scheduling as easy as ordering food online. One of the major issues patients face today is the unavailability of medicines on popular online platforms or delays in delivery. Xelyra addresses this challenge by allowing users to upload their prescriptions and instantly connect with nearby or sector-based pharmacies that have the required medicines in stock. This saves people from the struggle of roaming around the city and ensures quick and reliable access to essential medicines. Xelyra will also break the Monoploy made by giant companies in the market, due to which the consumer is bound to pay more from their pocket. Looking ahead, Xelyra plans to launch an AI-powered assistant specifically designed to support elderly patients by offering medication reminders, and health updates, also there will be an AI which will check the authenticity of the prescription. With Xelyra, the entire healthcare ecosystem from consultation to medicine is right at your fingertips. The entire project is divided into four Phases which are mentioned below. Phase1 This Phase is dedicated for Planning and designing. It includes every requirement(like which language, framework etc is going to used be to develop the application), rules and user journeys are agreed before build work progress. Phase2 In this Phase we will initiate the platform build, The customer app(where the user will interact with the application), Vendor App and web panel(where the pharmacies will update their inventory, check for their orders, and daily order lists and payments) and Super Admin Panel(To manage all vendors registrations, access to database, notification management etc) Phase3 After the development of application we will come to the Integration and testing phase which is the phase 3. So in Phase 3 we will do the integration part such as Payment integration, third party delivery connections to assign delivery partners and so on. Then it will proceed to the testing phase and will be tested in a testing environment before going live. Phase4 In the end of the development phase, before launching the application we will do a review based on the testing results. If we agree on the results then only the Application will be live, and if found any bug or issue then we will proceed with the bug fixing and after the final review, we are ready to launch the application
