(brand: Chahal Agri Farms) is a women-led agri-food startup based in Singhpur Sani, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, built around a simple idea: traditional Indian food products, produced the authentic way, sold directly to the households that trust them least to be genuine. Our product range spans Desi Cow Bilona Ghee, Buffalo Ghee, Kachi Ghani Mustard and Black Mustard Oil, wild Forest Honey sourced directly from Sitla village in Uttarakhand, and jaggery in both cube and powder form. The core of our business concept rests on two pillars. First, authentic production — our ghee is made using the slow, hand-churned Bilona/Barosi method rather than industrial extraction, and our oil is cold-pressed using the traditional Kachi Ghani process, preserving both nutritional quality and taste. Second, verifiable trust — every batch is backed by NABL-accredited laboratory testing, directly addressing the widespread adulteration problem that plagues ghee, oil, and honey in the Indian market, where consumers have historically had no reliable way to confirm what they're actually buying. We sell directly to consumers through a Shopify-powered D2C storefront (chahalagrifarms.com), a WhatsApp Business catalog, and active social commerce channels, deliberately bypassing the conventional mandi-to-distributor-to-retailer supply chain. This shortens the distance between producer and household to a single hop, reduces middlemen markup, and lets us pass both savings and transparency directly to the customer. The company is FSSAI licensed and was formally incorporated in early 2026. It is led by two women directors as founder-owners, reflecting a genuine commitment to women-led entrepreneurship rather than a nominal one. Positioned at the intersection of heritage food production, verified quality, and modern direct-to-consumer retail, Chahal Organics aims to rebuild consumer trust in categories where trust has long been in short supply.
