Neuroforge Innovation LLP is a drone technology company focused on developing, integrating and localising indigenous UAV solutions for defence, security, surveillance and other mission-critical applications. The company works across drone hardware, system integration and proprietary software, with a core focus on developing an AI-enabled Autonomous Drone Swarm Platform for coordinated multi-drone operations. Neuroforge has developed its own swarm command-and-control software architecture to enable centralised management and coordination of multiple UAVs. The platform is designed to provide multi-drone connectivity, real-time telemetry monitoring, mission configuration, group and individual commands, synchronised waypoint operations, task/sector allocation and centralised drone health monitoring through a Ground Control Station. The long-term technology roadmap includes AI-assisted mission planning, intelligent task allocation, perception, anomaly detection and increasingly autonomous swarm coordination while retaining human operator oversight. Alongside the software platform, Neuroforge is undertaking R&D to develop an indigenous and modular hardware ecosystem for swarm-compatible UAVs, communication systems and associated drone components. The objective is to reduce dependence on imported components and create a scalable Indian software-and-hardware technology stack for advanced drone applications. The company has already demonstrated strong commercial and defence traction. Neuroforge has successfully supplied 240 FPV drones to an Indian Army unit in Leh and has supplied and delivered three drone fleets for a counter-drone technology demonstration at an Indian Army infantry unit in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. For the earlier demonstration, the drone hardware was commercially procured and integrated, while the swarm-related software was developed by Neuroforge. The company achieved approximately ₹1.99 crore in sales during FY 2025–26. Neuroforge aims to build a globally competitive Indian drone technology company by combining indigenous software, AI, hardware R&D and defence-oriented system integration to enable scalable and increasingly autonomous aerial operations.
