Sovereign SLM Labs, the operating brand of Esprixa Innovations Private Limited, is building private and governed AI intelligence for enterprises. Our focus is on industry-specific problems where data control, security, compliance, auditability, and cost predictability are critical. Today, most enterprise AI solutions depend heavily on external models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, creating dependency on intelligence that businesses do not own or fully control. This also introduces variable token-based costs, governance concerns, data residency challenges, and limited differentiation. Our approach is centered on task-specific Small Language Models for focused enterprise workflows, supported by our AI Router, AI Council and human-governed Knowledge Loop. The AI Router evaluates the type, risk, and confidence of each request, the AI Council helps validate and select the best response, and the Knowledge Loop enables continuous improvement with human oversight. Governance controls, approved enterprise knowledge, and auditability are built into the architecture. The platform is designed for on-premises, VPC, air-gapped, and edge deployments, allowing enterprises to keep sensitive workloads closer to infrastructure they control. Our initial industry focus includes Insurance and TPAs, Asset and Wealth Management, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail and CPG, with additional applications across Manufacturing, Real Estate and Legal Services. Use cases include document intelligence, fraud signal triage, customer onboarding, network intelligence, predictive maintenance, regulatory intelligence, contract analysis and enterprise knowledge assistance. Our founding team includes technology industry veterans, each one with 20+ years of experience across AI, Deeptech, enterprise technology, delivery, growth, architecture, and global business leadership, with experience spanning large technology companies, enterprise transformation programs, and scaling high-growth businesses. Our go-to-market model follows a B2B land-and-expand approach, starting with focused PoCs and paid pilots, followed by production deployment and expansion into additional workflows. Within the first two months, we initiated two enterprise pilots and four active conversations with large enterprises.
