NestX Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is an indigenous drone-technology company developing autonomous UAV swarm systems and the flight-critical components that power them. NestX exists to close that gap. NestX designs, in-house in India, a vertically-integrated stack — flight controllers, carrier boards, ECCM-hardened RF communication links, power modules and GNSS modules — combined with swarm coordination software that lets multiple drones operate as a single coordinated fleet. Because both the hardware and the firmware are engineered internally, NestX controls the entire stack end-to-end, a prerequisite for certifiable, secure, sovereign deployments that opaque imported modules cannot support. Its core differentiator is an anti-jam, anti-spoof RF datalink using cryptographic frequency hopping and per-packet authentication, backed by proprietary RF, cryptography and avionics intellectual property. The company serves Indian defence and government drone operators as well as commercial drone OEMs, targeting import substitution of security-sensitive avionics. A common hardware and firmware platform, reusable across surveillance, security, logistics and inspection use-cases, allows NestX to sell components at volume while delivering complete swarm systems and software licences — building a scalable, IP-led enterprise aligned with India's self-reliance and indigenous drone-manufacturing goals.
