Upspir – AI-Enabled Hire, Train, Deploy Model During my time leading large support and delivery teams, one problem kept repeating itself. Hiring fresh graduates was not difficult, but helping them become productive quickly was. Most freshers had basic technical knowledge, yet struggled in real work situations such as handling tickets, structuring troubleshooting steps, documenting clearly, or communicating under pressure. This slowed teams down and placed additional load on senior engineers. Upspir was created to solve this exact problem. Our Hire-Train-Deploy model prepares freshers before they join a company, focusing on real job behaviour rather than theory alone. To make this scalable, we are building an AI-driven assessment platform that evaluates candidates using practical, scenario-based tasks instead of traditional interviews or MCQs. Candidates are presented with simulated support and cloud situations—such as responding to incidents, writing documentation, or deciding when to escalate. The system analyses how they think, structure responses, and apply technical fundamentals. This allows us to generate consistent readiness scores without relying heavily on manual interviews. This technology helps companies reduce early skill mismatch and mis-hires, while giving candidates clearer feedback on where they need to improve. Combined with targeted training, only job-ready candidates are deployed. Upspir aims to make entry-level hiring more predictable, fair, and efficient by combining real-world preparation with technology-enabled assessment.
