Rieka Elevator and Escalators Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven startup focused on transforming the elevator and escalator service landscape through smart integration, IoT, and AI. Rather than manufacturing elevators, we specialize in the installation, modernization, and servicing of lifts equipped with intelligent features such as QR code-based lift calling, smartphone-controlled operation, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance. Traditional elevator systems require manual inspections and frequent technician visits, which often result in prolonged downtimes, service delays, and higher operational costs. Our solution directly addresses these pain points by enabling elevator faults to be diagnosed remotely from our office using cloud-based systems, thus reducing the need for physical presence and speeding up resolution times. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) that include smart diagnostics, real-time performance monitoring, and customer support, creating a recurring revenue model while ensuring maximum uptime and safety for users. Rieka is currently bootstrapped, with 40+ satisfied clients and an annual revenue of approx. ?2.4 crore. We have completed successful installations across hospitals, schools, hotels, and religious institutions in NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh. With this strong foundation, our vision is to expand across India, offering scalable, intelligent vertical mobility solutions to residential and commercial spaces, especially in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
