Manupra Foods Private Limited is a startup company registered (Reg no- U15400UP2021PTC140335) by the Government of India. It has two directors. This company is working on agricultural residue management and mushroom production and processing under the guidance of scientists Dr. Dayaram (Dr.Rajendra Prasad central Agricultural university pusa samastipur,Bihar) and Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey (Bundelkhand university, Jhansi). Under this, work is being done on how farmers can get self-employment through mushroom production and how to increase the consumption of mushrooms and how to make nutritious food like mushrooms available to the general public. The aim is to promote mushroom production in the bundelkhand region and to make farmers aware not to set fire to the fields in crop residue management after agricultural production and to provide natural vitamin D for human health through mushrooms. Mushroom is a pure vegetarian highly nutritious food item for human health and we can easily cultivate it in any empty room in our house. It is a better option of self employment for women, elderly and disabled people and for this we need only agriculture residues. STARTING PROCEEDURE, Firstly, collect the agricultural waste from the fields. We will grow then teach farmers how to grow mushroom by producing mushrooms from agriculture residues. After mushroom production, we will make products AND providing training for products to improve the economic condition of women, disabled person and farmers for mushroom biscuits, Powder, pickles and all value addition products. after cultivation, The residue left after production is converted into manure and used back in our fields. benefit of this, Increase nutritional value of our food. Increase job opportunities and self employment to all people regardless gender and physical disabilities. Sustainability ,agriculture and forestry.
