This has resulted in agriculture being left in the hands of People who do not do it by choice but rather by force as they do not have any other source to rely upon for basic income, they are unskilled people and hence do not have any Morale for Agriculture. And lastly, in the absence of above two and small size of farms, there is least optimization and implementation of Mechanized farming. • We are an AgriTech company, with planning on Laptops and implementation on Land. We are focusing products primarily into Horticulture, cash crops, herbs, etc. so that we can have a higher yield per Acre so as to sustain the salary of the People(Manpower) so that they return to the farms with a high Morale and a better standard of living as compared to the one when they left. A properly strategized, data driven and adequate machinery backed farming is something that has never been witnessed before and at least we can feel and see the hope in the eyes of farmer partners. • Agriculture is undoubtedly the world's oldest profession and hence the uniqueness only lies in the implementation. We rather than focusing on Agri domains like tech advisory, machine rental, farm to fork, etc which have their own challenges, decided to focus on step 1 - Farming ourselves and improvising it, creating a blissful living through sustainable income and employment generation. Empty villages and morale less farming is the sad but fact state in every corner of the country. India’s biggest and we envision it as one of the most profitable(and TAX FREE) sector in the hands of most unskilled hands. A revolution is required for a reverse movement from Cities to Village. Why flock to cities when we can earn the same from our own farms and live a much better life. We are piloting many facts and its unimaginably interesting.
