We believe that large-scale career guidance is a very important part of the solution to address this challenge. We're developing an AI-powered career guidance app (aheadd), driven by machine learning and grounded in neuroscience principles, to help students identify the right career paths, enroll in suitable courses, and ultimately secure meaningful employment. Our approach is to create a deeptech solution that reduces the cost and increases accessiblity of career counselling several fold. It is not yet another career counselling service, rather it is a platform that creates a career complete ecosystem keeping career seeker in the middle. The tech platform can be utilized by career seekers, job portals, admissions consultants, institutions, companies and student loan organizations. aheadd works like a career companion which uses our vast data of individual profile, jobs, careers, courses to provide guidance to career seekers in their own language. This is enabled using GenAI as a scaffolding. Our vast curated data is our moat that increases day by day, thus making our models more and more accurate. Aheadd will be the future of career guidance in the world.
