This inefficiency leads to significant productivity and financial losses for fleet owners, with the overall industry losing thousands of crores annually. To solve this, Zoroads is building FleetCareOS, a first-of-its-kind Fleet Support-as-a-Service (FSaaS) model. This is a business model innovation where we integrate digital lifecycle management with end-to-end service execution. FleetCareOS enables operators to book and track services, access complete maintenance histories, receive predictive maintenance alerts, and manage transparent billing through one centralized platform. Unlike SaaS-only solutions that stop at reminders, or traditional garages that lack professionalism, Zoroads delivers the best of both worlds — a tech-enabled platform supported by our own dedicated service centers. Our business model generates recurring revenue through subscriptions while building customer retention via loyalty programs. For fleet owners, the value proposition is simple: reduced downtime, lower maintenance costs, and complete transparency. For Zoroads, this creates a scalable and sustainable model that can expand city by city. In the long term, our vision is to become India’s most trusted fleet maintenance partner, powering uptime and efficiency across millions of vehicles, while also creating skilled employment and professionalizing an otherwise fragmented ecosystem.
