Scholars Merit is an AI-first EdTech venture focused on transforming employability outcomes for students through its flagship program, i-merit. For the past two years, we have bootstrapped the initiative, creating a strong foundation of institutional partnerships and proven student impact. i-merit uses AI-led Employability Readiness Tests, curated workshops, and Accelerate Batches to help students bridge the gap between academic learning and industry readiness. To date, we have engaged over 10,000 students across 14 colleges, delivering measurable improvements in employability indices and industry-aligned skills. In parallel, our complementary solution, Scholars24 HD, has been successfully implemented in 5 colleges and 2 universities, serving around 10,000 students and faculty members. Scholars24 provides an AI-powered student and faculty management ecosystem, enabling institutes to streamline academic processes while integrating employability readiness at scale. With demonstrated adoption and satisfaction, the platform is now targeting 50 Higher Education Institutions and over 200,000 students by 2026, creating a strong growth driver for the company.
