There is a Gap in Industry, where we need to have a product to protect the eyes from extreme heat and flames of a fire. Present solutions are supportive only upto 130 to 150 degree centigrade (Polycarbonate Based) in Fire Industries. So, have come up with a product which could support the user from 1000 deg centigrade to 1500 deg centigrade direct heat radiation as well flame with such high temperatures for around 5 minutes. Patent application has already been filed for this product. Secondly, there is a gap in the Indian Industry for Meta Aramid and Para aramid fabric (advance technical textiles), which we need to procure from USA (DUPONT), hence we have done work over bamboo fibers followed by certain process and made a Natural fiber based FR fabric, which is more durable as well comfortable supportive for a longer duration compared to the USA BASED Product. Still some more work is yet to be done in this segment by us and we hope with few more trials, we would be able to develop a final solution, which will replace the need of Import of such advance technical textiles. For the sake of further trials in this direction, we are in process of making tie ups with a few corporates, to get this task finalize.
