Our core innovation, Nutrient-Lock™, is a proprietary, patent-pending technology that integrates soil enrichment, seed priming, micro-milling, botanical stabilization, and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) into one seamless protocol. This process naturally enhances and preserves essential micronutrients—iron, zinc, protein, and calcium—without synthetic additives or artificial fortification. Unlike conventional fortified atta or processed foods that rely on chemical premixes, Nutrient-Lock™ uses natural plant-derived enzyme inhibitors and antioxidants to lock nutrients within the grain itself. This ensures longer shelf-life, better bioavailability, and higher nutrient density—making daily staples like wheat, millet, and rice genuinely functional foods. Our first consumer-facing brand, Wellness Grain, will bring this innovation directly to Indian households through biofortified atta, millet-based products, and functional staples. On the upstream side, we empower farmers by supplying nutrient-enrichment pellets and seed coatings, improving both crop nutrition and yield, with potential premiums for nutrient-rich produce. With India’s rising health-conscious consumer base and increasing policy support for biofortified crops, the business stands at the intersection of food technology, agri-innovation, and preventive nutrition.
