We are as a indo plast green fuel to stablish a west plastic pyrolysis plant in which we convert waste plastic ( single or multi Layered) into the synthetic Diseal, petrol , Thinner to make plastic paint and lastly the polymer based Bitumen and polymer based Graphene so it is a total Alternative of fossil fuel and a small step to ahead Atmanirbhar Bharat . Now how it works … in a close chamber ( Reactor) we collect and segregated west plastic which is not Re use it collect and deposit in a close vessel ( Reactor) and give heat at the temperature of 300 C to 500 C without presence of oxygen after the satisfactory temperature taken the reactor the gases exchange and start vaporisation after the vaporisation gasses out from the Reactor and reach into the catalyst chamber after that catalyst react with Vapor gasses and then oil gasses in pipeline and goes to condenser after that gasses passed to gas Liquid separator Proses after that the hydrocarbon gasses convert into oil this oil called plastic pyrolysis oil …it produce the oil LIGHT DISEAL OIL . After this mineral Hydrocarbon oil collect into the charging pump where the reach into 3 types of tank west oil tank , Diseal tank and a gasoline tank now the west oil tank has a motor enable where the west oil return via back pipeline to the Reactor for further treatment and the gas produce is sin gas after the treatment of Toxic gasses passes through 100ft chimney then sin gas is used to use in plant for burning purpose and the last is some part of heavy oil as a wax oil given… now after that LDO synthetic Diseal is made now after that we required a Refinary unit in which the LDO is basically Refined which is use to make Diseal equipment to fossil fuel use as industrial fuel for Boiler , use in Generator, use in heavy Trucks and JCBs to smoothly drive. After that we also make petrol like substance which is use as a THINNER To make a Enamel plastic paint after that the end product is taken as a polymer based BITUMEN which is use to make Further Plastic made carbon called GRAPHENE and use to build green Roads n National Higjways etc
