Bussiness Ideas

Our business concept is to develop reusable launch vehicles powered by advanced methalox (liquid methane–liquid oxygen) engines. At present, India does not have a heavy-lift reusable launch system, and most rockets are expendable. This makes space access costly, infrequent, and heavily dependent on foreign launch providers for larger satellites. The growing need for defense, communication, and strategic satellites highlights the urgency for affordable, frequent, and self-reliant launch capability. We aim to address this challenge through India’s first private methalox propulsion system. Methalox engines are cleaner, more efficient, and enable true reusability by burning without soot, thus requiring minimal refurbishment. They also deliver higher performance, increasing payload capacity and mission reliability. By applying advanced engine cycles and scalable designs, we plan to create heavy-lift reusable launch vehicles capable of reducing costs by up to 70% while enabling regular and reliable missions. Our revenue model is based on offering commercial launch services to government, defense, private companies, and international customers. Over time, we will expand to crewed missions and diversify revenue through development and licensing of propulsion subsystems and related technologies. This business concept combines innovation, scalability, and self-reliance, positioning India competitively in the global space sector while making space access sustainable and affordable.
