AlwaysScale – AI-Powered Hiring for SMBs AlwaysScale is building an AI-first recruitment platform designed specifically for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Most hiring tools today are built for large enterprises — expensive, complex, and dependent on manual recruiters. AlwaysScale flips that model. We provide modular hiring tools powered by AI, enabling SMBs to hire faster, smarter, and without operational friction. Our current prototype includes an AI Job Description (JD) Creator, Resume Parsing, and AI-led Shortlisting. Users can generate a professional JD in seconds, upload resumes, and receive ranked candidates with reasoning — all without a recruiter. This makes hiring accessible even to non-tech HR teams. We follow a unique credit-based pricing model (“Scale Coins”) where users pay only for what they use — such as JD creation, resume parsing, or offer letter generation. This brings enterprise-grade automation to SMBs at 10x lower cost. AlwaysScale is currently in pilot with 3–4 companies across logistics and BPO sectors. By September 2025, we aim to launch a full prototype with additional features like auto-messaging, async interviews, and offer letters. Over time, our goal is to evolve into a proprietary AI recruitment engine that powers not just hiring, but also onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention — creating an end-to-end HR operating system for growing companies.
